Title search and curative work begin immediately. Our attorney reviews the contract, lender package, and survey before scheduling.

Closing

Sign in person at our office, at your home or business, on-site at the property, or via remote online notarization where eligible.

Yes. Real estate doesn't stop at 5pm. We schedule closings outside business hours when buyers and sellers need it, including evenings and weekends.
Yes, for qualifying transactions we offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) and hybrid e-closings under Florida law. Not every lender accepts RON, so we confirm eligibility on a deal-by-deal basis.
Closing fees vary by transaction type, purchase price, and complexity. Title insurance is regulated and based on the Florida promulgated rate schedule. Estate planning, land trust formation, and commercial work are quoted flat-fee where possible. Send us your scenario and we'll provide a clear written estimate.
